 Laurie at Consumer Direct Title is one of the best! This is the 4th house we sold through her, “For Sale by Owner”.  It is incredibly easy and her knowledge, support and professionalism is superb. She gives you all the information you need to be a successful Seller. Her knowledge and efficiency during the closing process is exceptional. We sold this house solely by listing it on Zillow, although for a minimal fee, a house can be listed on the MLS.
